B.A.P sued their agency for invalidating the exclusive contract, 'a slave contract'!?

An idol group 'B.A.P' all 6 member has been known that they sued their agency TS Entertainment for checking invalidation of the exclusive contract on December 27th.
They insisted, "Terms of contract is unilaterally advantageous to the firm and members are disadvantageous." It was explained that "the contract period does not begin at the time of contract formation; the period is 7 years which is longer than usual usage; and it does not contain the consent right to entertainment acitivities, prohibition of contract against explicit dissent, protection of privacy and dignity, and dissenting right to unfair demand which have been proposed by the Fair Trade Commission".
Furthermore, they insisted that "the distribution of profit is unilaterally favorable for the firm, whereas the cancellation of a contract, compensation for a loss and the cancellation charge regulation are exceedingly unfavorable for them".

B.A.P made their debut on January, 2012. They have been released 11 albums so far and the whole world has been their stage.
Meawhile, TS Entertainment announced that "the firm will clarify its position after grasp of the situation".
